Thou, O Lord, Art My Shield

Good morning girls! I hope your Saturday is a beautiful one. Today I am so excited to share with you that Our Creative Corner has asked Sugar Creek Hollow to sponsor their challenge this week!!! The challenge is to use this sketch:

Let me share my card with you! I loved this image from the first moment I saw it. This verse is such a wonderful promise from God to us. He doesn't promise us a life without trials or hardships, but that He will be a shield to protect us.
I paired this with some papers from the Indian Summer DCWV pad. I know they are fall colors and we are all tired of fall - but the rich colors really convey a sense of strength to me and that's what I wanted my card to convey.
