You & Me



This is a layout I did yesterday during Happy Hour at my local store, The Paper Garden. The Creative Cafe is so much fun - the only thing that bugs me about this layout is that the circle paper isn't a true 12x12 so it's slightly off. I love this picture of Dane and I. I didn't completely adhere down my photo - I left some room so that I can grab a tag next week when I go for happy hour and journal on that before tucking it behind the photo. It's a Creative Cafe inspired layout and even though I didn't come up with the idea, I love that I can go in and have a layout done in just minutes. This is especially great because I don't really enjoy scrapbooking. I love the products and I love to make things, but scrapbooking just stresses me out. I want it to be perfect and just right so I spend hours obsessing over it. Cards are much better because I can come up with an idea for a card quickly and then have it done. Plus, it's easy to move on to another subject when I get bored.

    This is great! I hear ya on the scrapping--this is why I really don't scrap. I'd want it to be perfect and it would stress me out too much.
